I know XDP has some minor things, but where would I find things such as CAI, turbo, injectors etc. I saw one today that was modified up and sounded great and my jeep had no chance keeping up

In 2014 there are glow plugs, the light on the dash lights up after you turn the ignition to start to alert the driver that there is a delay for the glow plugs to warm up enough. It should start up in a bit and extinguish the status light. I don't see any reference to a flashing light, just that the PCM may light it up when it turns glow plugs on.
